A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a school lecturer of the C Institute in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the victim D (V, 16 years of age) who is a child or juvenile is a student of the above Institute.

1. On November 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) from around 20:00 to around 21:00 on November 5, 2019 to around 21:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (b) was seated along the victim’s side in the lecture room of the pertinent private teaching institute; (c) was aground on the part of the victim’s buckbucks; and (d) put the left hand on the victim’s right shoulder; and (d) placed the left hand on the left part of the victim’s left shoulder.

2. The Defendant committed the crime of November 6, 2019 from around 19:30 to 21:30 of the same day, when he/she was sitting in the victim’s side in the lecture room of the pertinent private teaching institute to take lessons in the course of study, he/she was aground on the buckbucks of the victim, and thereafter put his/her left hand on the victim’s right shoulder, and put his/her left hand over the victim’s left hand.

3. The Defendant committed the crime of November 7, 2019, from around 19:30 to 21:30 of the same day, was seated next to the victim’s lecture room in the pertinent private teaching institute and was conducting the study, and the Defendant was aground on the victim’s bucker’s bucks, and then put the left hand on the victim’s right shoulder, and put the left hand on the victim’s left part.

4. The Defendant committed the crime of November 8, 2019, from around 19:30 to 21:30 of the same day, was seated next to the victim’s lecture room in the pertinent private teaching institute and was conducting the study, and the Defendant was aground on the victim’s bucker’s bucks, and then put the left hand on the victim’s right shoulder, and put the left hand on the victim’s left part.

5. On November 9, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on November 14, 2019, between around 14:00 to 15:30 of the same day, while running the course of study in the lecture room of the pertinent private teaching institute, carried the left hand on the victim’s left hand to the right shoulder of the victim, and put the victim’s left hand on the part of the victim’s left part.

6. The Defendant committed a crime on November 11, 2019 from around November 11, 2019.
