Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant had been working as an educational instructor at the “E Institute” located in Busan Dongdong-gu, with the intent to commit an indecent act against the Victim F (M, 17 years of age).

1. On August 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00, at the education lecture room of the above private teaching institute, he was sitting and give supplementary lessons to the victim’s side; and (b) “packers shall be durfed so that they can good at the mother.”
