1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months;
2. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, from October 1987 to October 10, 1987, is a person who works as a regular manager in E, a military supplier that supplies the loaded straws, etc., which are parts of the previous car, and exercises overall control over all kinds of contracts, such as supply contracts, and quality control with the Defense Acquisition Program Administration.
Defendant
B is a person who has been working as the head of the quality control office of the above company from 2004 to 2004 and has been requested to test and analyze products produced by the above company in an authorized institution and submitted test results received from the authorized institution to the Agency for Defense Technology
1. Defendant A, on March 2012, instructed Defendant A to use some of the test and analysis results data issued under the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration of the Busan Metropolitan Government on November 7, 201, because some of the test and analysis results (G) data issued under the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration of the Busan Metropolitan Government cannot be supplied with the above test and analysis results because they failed to meet the supply standards, Defendant A had the intent to use them by changing them to meet the supply standards of some of the test and analysis results, and Defendant B issued under the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration of the Busan Metropolitan Government.
