1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

B as an executive director belonging to G Co., Ltd. special business department located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City F, a person in charge of overall duties in the defense industry sector that supplies parts of munitions, such as electric teas, to defense acquisition programs, such as the item, is a person in charge of the quality inspection of defense materials supplied to the items on the port, by the time of entry into the quality control department of G (main) on November 10, 2003, and the defendant A has been promoted to the agency around August 15, 201 and promoted to the agency around 2007, and has been in charge of the quality inspection of defense materials.

1. On March 2009, the Defendants changed their official document: (a) in manufacturing lub lab, a lub, a lub component part, from the main office of the G (main office) to the same as lub, and supplying it to the items on the port item; (b) as some test items on the chemical component test and analysis report on the lux gold issued by the Busan and Ulsan Small and Medium Enterprise Office do not meet the supply standard value; (c) the remaining Defendant B had concerns over delaying the payment period; and (d) Defendant A instructed Defendant A to make two copies of the test, analysis, and analysis records already issued in accordance with the instructions, and then copied the number necessary in one part into a knife with the other part of the other part; and (d) the test results of 'Sn' test results of the test results of 'Sn' from the previous 5.0 "5.7' to the 94.40' to the '94.0' respectively.

As a result, the Defendants modified one copy of the test and analysis report in the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration, which is an official document related to certification of facts, for the purpose of uttering in collusion.

From the time to May 2009, the Defendants revised the test performance record (Analysis) in the name of the Administrator of the Small and Medium Business Administration of Busan and Ulsan, a public document, three times through the same method, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. Around January 15, 2008, the Defendants conspired to alter private documents, thereby putting in collusion a fixed fin for the purpose of emergency removal of parking motors and emergency removals, which are the front parts of the said G office.
