A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported on December 21, 2015, 05:18 at the front of the “C” located in Gyeonggi-gu World Trade Organization B; (b) reported on December 21, 2015, 112, that “Ac is subject to assault and intimidation by the president; and (c) carried out a bridge of the E (27 years old) police officer, who is the police officer assigned to the police police box of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station, dispatched upon receipt of the said report; and (d) whether the Defendant received money for money;

2. 2015. 12. 21. 05:45 2차 공무집행 방해, 상해 피고인은 2015. 12. 21. 05:45 경 1 항과 같은 장소에서 폭행당하고 있다는 112 신고를 하고 이에 출동한 양 평 경찰서 D 파출소 소속 경찰 관인 피해자 G( 여, 34세 )에게 “ 야 이 씨 팔 년 아. 왜 이렇게 늦게 와 ”라고 욕설하면서 주먹으로 피해자의 목과 가슴 부분을 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자의 오른쪽 종아리를 걷어찼다.
