A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to five hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2016, from around 22:40 to 23:05, the Defendant was demanded to set off the seat partitions from the victim D in Pyeongtaek-si C, and from the damaged person to the above on the ground of safety.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, expressed a bath to the above victim with a large interest of “Crophing string,” attached both arms, broken a plastic board by the table string, broken off glass, broken off a cooling and glass, and prevented customers who were entering the above restaurant by avoiding disturbance, such as threatening other customers to assault them.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force, and damaged the victim's plastic board, etc. by which the market price is unknown.

2. On April 21, 2016, at around 22:55, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the police officer F, who belongs to the Gyeonggi-si Police Station E District, on the said place; and (b) received a report that there was a person who interfered with, damages, or assaults with, his/her duties at the place specified in paragraph (1) of the said Article; and (c) received the said report

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted on one hand the left part of the police officer's left part.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on 112 reporting management work.

3. On April 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender by obstructing the performance of official duties at the places indicated in paragraph (1) above at around 23:00; and (b) forced the Defendant to go to the back seat of the patrol patrol 12, the Gyeonggi Pyeong Police Station E. 12.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the patrol car, which is a building for public use, such as marking off about 15 parts of the back left side of the patrol car, both sides, and destroying the patrol car.

4. The Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, is under the influence of alcohol within the E zone of the Gyeonggi-si Police Station, from around April 21, 2016 to around 00:05.
