Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On October 25, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 26, 2012.
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendant, B, C, and the name Buddhist winners jointly committed the crime of “one-time tin” under the name of a person who purchased a vehicle and immediately disposes of the vehicle, with the knowledge that the financial institution was high credit rating, a corporation engaged in a stable occupation, or a self-employed person, etc., with the knowledge that he borrowed the vehicle purchase fund even with the certificate of employment, the source collection receipt for wage and salary income, or the business registration certificate, he made a floating company which does not actually operate, and made a registration of a business operator, and applied for a loan for the purchase of the vehicle as a fund for the purchase of the vehicle.
A. B. On June 16, 2009, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, and non-titled persons, applied for the registration of a business operator in the name of Defendant B to a public official in charge of false facts in the Dong-gu tax office located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as compensation for state bonds around June 16, 2009, and forged E.
