Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A has run the shop for the trading set forth in subparagraphs D in Daegu-gu, China-gu, and Defendant B was a person who has run the shop for trading set forth in the subparagraphs of “F” in subparagraph E.
1. Upon the expiration of the lease period of the above “D” around March 2017, Defendant A entered into a verbal agreement with Defendant B to acquire the premium of KRW 50 million, deposit KRW 25 million, monthly rent of KRW 1.6 million, and Defendant B entered into a lease agreement with the lessor “A” on the relationship between the lease of the building and the building. Defendant B entered into a lease agreement with the lessor “A” on the condition that the lessor is engaged in the same business, not on a monthly basis, and on the condition that the lessor would engage in the same business.
Accordingly, Defendant A shall pay 100,000 won as a down payment on the 30th of the same month, and the same month.
4.3. Around March 1, 2000 won was paid to Defendant B, and the director was on this building. However, I was able to forge a real estate lease agreement without I’s consent, upon request from Defendant B, when the lease contract was not concluded because it did not have properly indicated the relationship of the lease in Seoul and the statement that I demanded the settlement prior to the filing of the lawsuit was not sexually impaired.
The Defendants, in collusion, prepare a real estate lease agreement with the lessor I and the lessee A without authority for the purpose of exercising the above F on April 2017, and, without authority, enter into the real estate lease agreement with the lessor I and the lessee A on the location column of the site for the real estate lease agreement purchased in the door-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City G, H, H, and building structure column, and indicate "a wooden machine and set up in the column for the purpose of use of the building", "a special agreement" in the column for the guarantee deposit section, "a 25,00,000,000, 5,000,000,000 in the contract deposit column," and "a 2017 in the middle-do gold column";
