Punishment of the crime

around October 30, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 233,500 from the victim’s I Bank Account (Account Number:J) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

around October 4, 2019, the Defendant stated that “Around October 4, 2019, the Defendant sent a studio to the Defendant’s residence located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, by using a mobile phone, and posted a studio on the Internet G site, selling a studio on the bulletin board, and on the same day, the Defendant reported and contacted the above writing to the Victim K that “A would send a studio if you wired money.”
