Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one month for each crime in the judgment of the 2019 Highest 2019 and the remaining crimes.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Northern District Court for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 25, 2018.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1582" is between AT and H, posted a letter as if he/she sold goods at the Internet's trading site, and shared the roles of contact with victims.

According to the above public offering, the Defendant sent a letter to the Internet AA website by accessing AA’s website at an unspecified place on February 1, 2019, along with AT and G, and the Defendant said that “I would send 180,000 won to the victim AU who contacted the Internet.”

However, since the defendant, AT, and G did not have a studio game machine, the defendant, AT, and G did not have an intent to send the product even if he received the price from the victim.

The Defendant, in collusion with AT and G, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 1.80,00 from the victim on February 1, 2019, a transfer of KRW 1.80,000 from the corporate bank account (AV) in the name of the Defendant.

On February 5, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “The Internet AW AA website is sold,” and then sent a game machine to the victim AX who contacted with the Internet, “2.10,000 won” if it was sent to the victim AX who visited the Internet.

However, the defendant did not have the above game machine and did not have the intent or ability to sell the game machine even if he received the price from the victim.

The Defendant received 210,000 won as the price for goods from the victim to the AG bank account (AH) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 2019" in collusion with his/her birth G and at a place where it is impossible to know at around 18:00 on August 6, 2018.
