Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around December 2, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “I would sell 260,000 won to the Defendant’s dwelling place located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, and that I would send 260,000 won to the Defendant E who reported and contacted with the content that “I would send 260,000 won to the Defendant’s dwelling.”
However, the Defendant did not have the “location of not,” such as the writing posted, and did not have the intent or ability to sell it normally.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received 260,000 won from the victim to the Kakao Bank account (G) account in the name of the Defendant’s mother, as the price for the goods, from that time, from that time, the Defendant received the total sum of KRW 1,775,000 from the victims through the above six times in total, as shown in the annexed Crime List.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 310,000 won from the victim’s mother on the same day as the price for goods, to the Kakao Bank account in the name of F.
2. On December 16, 2019, the criminal defendant against the victim K makes a false statement to the victim K that, in the same manner as the above “1.” at the place indicated in the above paragraph (1) at around 03:18, 201, the defendant sent 315,00 won to the victim K at home.”
