Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No two-wheeled motor vehicle shall be operated on any motorway.

Nevertheless, at around 14:17, May 10, 2015, the Defendant operated CY 180cc two-wheeled vehicles at approximately 13 kilometers in approximately 13 kilometers in Incheon in the direction of Gangwon-si Highway, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do.
