Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven a B Ethp car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.062% at the time of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 25km from before the street emitting convenience store in the city of Gangnam-gu, Gangwon-do to the point of 212 km in the Incheon direction of the Gangseo-gu Incheon.
