A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2015. 10. 28. 11:20경 강원 평창군 B에 있는 피고인의 주거지 앞 도로에서부터 강원 강릉시 성산면 위촌리에 있는 동해고속도로 강릉톨게이트 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 60km 구간에서 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니하고 C 세레스 화물차를 운전하였다.
