Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No two-wheeled motor vehicle shall pass on or cross any expressway or motor exclusive road other than emergency motor vehicles.

On May 10, 2015, at around 14:17, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle at approximately 1450 cc in the 13 km section of the Dong-dong Highway in the direction of Incheon, the place where the Defendant was able to control the Dong-dong Highway, which is the place where the Defendant was able to drive a two-wheel vehicle at approximately 1450 cc.
