1. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:49 on April 21, 2017, the victim D’s “D dental surgery” in the Dong-gu, Ulsan-si; (b) followed the building’s outer wall through a narrow channel; (c) opened and intrudes into a window on which the outer wall of the building was not corrected; and (d) opened a window on the second floor; and (e) applied a stolen object inside the inside the building, and then cut off the door, and caused an attempted attempt.

2. On August 26, 2017, the Defendant was driving a motor device in the state of alcohol alcohol level of 0.144% among the blood transfusion around 02:40 on August 26, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a motor device license, on the part of approximately 10 meters from the commercial studio-way in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu to the E ahead of the road.

As above, I written “I”’s signature using the inspection pen, and asked the above H about the voluntary accompanying sign indicating the forged signature, the driver’s report on drinking, and the result of drinking control.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged I’s signature for the purpose of exercising, and displayed the forged document as if it was actually formed.
