As to the crimes of Nos. 1 and 5, the defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 4 months, and the crimes of Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 6 of the decision.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Gwangju District Court on September 26, 2013, and the judgment was finalized on October 5, 2013 and is currently suspended.

1. 2. Around December 30, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “galthal juno” was sold on the Internet, on a mid- and long-term Liber, and reported that false statement was made to the victim J who made contact with the Defendant that “on remittance of money, he/she will deliver galthal juno on a selective basis.”

However, even if the purchase price is received from the victim, there was no intention or ability to deliver gallon labor.

As such, the Defendant was granted KRW 2,207,00 in total over 12 times from the above date and time to March 5, 2014, as shown in the attached Table 2, by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 120,00 from the victim, namely, from the victim who was in the position of the Defendant.
