The judgment below
The part against the defendant shall be reversed.
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair punishment) of the original judgment (one year of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.
2. The fact that the defendant did not know himself during the period of repeated crime due to the same crime, committed each of the crimes of this case, the defendant did not agree with the victims, and did not endeavor to recover damage.
However, there are extenuating circumstances, such as the defendant's mistake, not leading each of the crimes of this case, and the degree of participation is minor, the defendant has grown in a family environment after release from prison, and the victim AH seems to have been prevented from committing each of the crimes of this case, and the victim AH appears to have recovered part of the damaged goods, and the victim AF and AH could have been partly recovered by mutual consent between the victim AF, AH and the victim E, and the victim E appears to have been partly recovered. In addition, all of the sentencing conditions such as Defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, motive, means and consequence after the crime, and the range of recommended sentencing according to the sentencing guidelines of the Supreme Court Sentencing Commission for each of the crimes of this case, and the range of recommended sentencing according to the sentencing guidelines of the Criminal Procedure Commission for the crime of this case is 1,2,3: thieth, thieth, general property, thieth (general larceny), and the number of recommending persons (one to six months of recommended persons who were the same type of recommendations).
3. Since the appeal by the defendant is well-grounded, the part against the defendant among the judgment below pursuant to Article 364 (6) of the Criminal Procedure Act is reversed and the decision is rendered again after pleading as follows.
