Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From June 10, 2014 at night around 9:30 on June 10, 2014, at “CPC room” located on the second floor of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City building B, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant stolen the victim’s identity card 1, cash, 80,000 won, and one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate under the victim’s name, and one copy of the victim’s life registration certificate under the victim’s name, where the market price is unknown.

2. On June 11, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at a mobile phone agency located on the first floor of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building; (b) on the customer’s name column of the “application for perusal/use prohibition” using a tampial pen, the Defendant entered E’s resident registration number in the “E” and the resident registration number column; and (c) signed on the “E” in the bottom’s customer column.

The Defendant continued to enter the “new service contract” on the mobile phone SM-N90SW model in the customer information column, including “name: E: address, G, 104 Dong 102”, and entered “E” in the bottom’s customer column, and signed.

In the end, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising the above rights and duties, provided a new contract for mobile phone service in the name of E, which is a private document related to the rights and duties and one copy of the application for prohibition of perusal/inspection.

3. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in the preceding paragraph, and at the same time and place, and at the same time and place, as indicated in the preceding paragraph, exercised the title two of the document, as if the document was duly formed with the victim H, who is an employee of a mobile phone agency, as stated in the preceding paragraph, as if the document were the document was duly formed.
