1. On April 7, 2014, the Defendant had been kept in E located in J around Jin-si, Jin-si.
The LGU written application form entered “F”, “G”, “H 505,” and “F” into the Busan Metropolitan City Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and “F” in the customer column and signed on the name of the applicant.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form in F name, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
2. The Defendant had been kept there in the above E around June 12, 2014.
The paper 2 of the new contract form for the SK Telecom Services entered “I” in the name column, “J” in the resident registration number column, “K Apartment No. 101 Dong 1805 in Jin-si,” and “I” in the column of the customer applying for subscription, and signed on the name next to that.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has forged two chapters of a new service contract in the name of I which is a private document on rights and obligations.
3. On August 8, 2014, the Defendant forged a new contract for the SK Telecom Services in the name of SK in the same manner as the description in the preceding paragraph from the above E.

4. The Defendant had been kept there in the above E around August 29, 2014.
Part II of the new contract form for the SK Telecom Services stated “L” in the name column, “M” in the resident registration number column, “M” in the main column and “L” in the Jinju N apartment column, and “L” in the customer column, and signed on the name side.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged two pages of a new service contract in the name of L, a private document on rights and obligations.
5. On January 8, 2014, the Defendant, at the victim P’s house located in Jinju-si, Jin-si around 17:00, he/she gets up with ten military lines in a personal savings bank.
