Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a speed of 30km per hour by using four lanes from the day-to-day shooting distance range from the day-to-day elementary school to the day-to-day shooting distance range of the day-to-day.
