1. Around 22:05 on March 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a BM X5 bus without a car driver’s license; (b) driven a pair of land in the TM X5-dong north-gu, west-gu, west-gu; (c) while driving from the right edge to the right edge of the bus, the Defendant: (d) got the front part of the Gstststy or other taxi sent to turn to the right edge on the road facing the median line; (d) got the Defendant’s vehicle at the right edge of the H Hayst or other taxi going to the right edge; and (e) took the front part of the H LWS car in the traffic flow at the two-lane in the same direction; (e) obtained the left part of the said vehicle; (e) obtained the front part of the said vehicle; (e) took the front part of the said vehicle in front of the said vehicle; and (e) made the said 3rd of the said vehicle without causing any damage to the said 3rd and the said passenger vehicle.

In order to avoid the traffic accident and criminal punishment as above, the Defendant made phone call to B at around 22:15, and caused B to commit a crime by demanding B to “I am on the spot, I am on the spot as soon as possible,” and “I am on the front of the two sides of the said two sites,” and “I am absent from the vehicle while driving the vehicle, I am on the same day, and there is a suspension of prosecution.
