Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed, without any justifiable reason, the victim D (V, 69 years of age) who is the seat of C in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, 2017, that “the same year as a bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and (b) expressed, “the victim’s chest two times as drinking” in the house of the above C, the Defendant assaulted the victim at the time of 3 to 4 times the part of the victim’s left left side with drinking; (c) assaulted the victim at the time of the victim’s drinking, and insulting the victim as “the year of finch, fining, going back to the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim.
