Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:00 on May 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported by 112 taxi drivers D to the effect that the Defendant was seated without paying the fare in front of the B Apartment-dong B apartment; and (b) fluordd the police officers belonging to the luminous Police Zone E zone of the luminous Police Station, the Defendant fluordding the Defendant to return home from the police officers belonging to the said bbbbbbbbs belonging to the said bluor, and fluor G (ma, South, 32 years old); and (c) Y G fluor, “Ye fluor, fluor, kne of G,” kne, as one stop.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases.

2. No person who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (a disturbance of liquor at a government office) shall, while under the influence of alcohol, carry in rough or disorderly words or conducts in a riotous or disorderly manner at a government office;
