1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,166,039 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 16, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. From January 1, 2004 to December 1, 2016, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant and retired from the B business division. However, the Defendant did not pay KRW 31,166,039 of the Plaintiff’s retirement allowance.
The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of the above retirement allowance and its late payment damages at the rate of 20% per annum under the Labor Standards Act from December 16, 2016 to the date of full payment.
