1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,279,035 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 17, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. From August 1, 2014 to August 2, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) was employed by the Defendant who operates C architect office and retired from office; (b) however, the Defendant was not paid KRW 24,279,035 of the Plaintiff’s wage from November 1, 2014 to August 2, 2015; and (c) accordingly, sought damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Labor Standards Act from August 17, 2015 to the date of full payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) from the date of retirement to August 2, 2015 (Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
