1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 59,047,615 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant from November 1, 2008 to July 31, 2015 and retired from office while performing the work of creating theme park. However, the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 50,802,150 among the wages from May 1, 2013 to May 2015, as well as KRW 8,245,465, total amount of KRW 59,047,615.

The Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid wages, etc. and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from August 15, 2015 to the date of full payment.
