1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,722,886 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. From February 1, 2014 to October 31, 2017, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant and retired from office while designing, supervising, etc. However, the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff wages of KRW 20,959,210, and retirement allowances of KRW 16,763,676, and the sum of KRW 37,72,886 from February 1, 2014 to October 31, 2017.
The defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the above wages, etc. and the damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from November 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.
