Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor due to a crime of false entry into public electromagnetic records, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and the judgment was finalized on October 2, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 201, the Defendant: (a) made a registration by transfer in the name of a UPS vehicle trading company with no substance of the vehicle at issue, such as a vehicle seized excessively with B, a taxi, a taxi, etc.; and (b) made a decision to divide profits from the vehicle owner and the actual operator by distributing the vehicle in different names; and (c) the Defendant shared the role of taking charge of the affairs of documents necessary for the registration of transfer when he/she engages in the recruitment of a vehicle to distribute a large-sized vehicle and the sales company of a small-sized vehicle.
Accordingly, on June 8, 2011, the Defendant filed a false report with respect to a public official by having a total of nine vehicles registered as D in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and filed a false report with respect to the vehicle registration system, even though the Defendant did not sell CNEW EF rocketing car to D, and as if he had the employee in charge transfer his name based on the sale to another person, he applied for a registration of vehicle name to a transferee (state) as if he had the vehicle registered as a transferee (state) and had the employee in charge transfer the name.
As a result, in collusion with B, the Defendant made a false report to enter false facts into the car registration system, which is a public electronic record, and around that time, caused the Defendant to keep computerized data on the car registration system.
2. The Defendant violating the Automobile Management Act, in collusion with B on June 8, 201, issued the CNEW EF rocketing car registration number plate which made a false registration of vehicle name for D goods, as described in paragraph 1, to B, and made it possible for the Defendant to distribute it over-lanes.
