Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

"2016 High 636"

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer without justifiable grounds, even though he purchased DNEW EF rocketing vehicles from C in Pyeongtaek-dong around November 2015.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance of motor vehicles on the road;

On May 5, 2016, the Defendant operated an NEW EF La D vehicle, which was not mandatory insurance, from the front day of the 16:00 Gyeonggi-si lock to the shooting distance at the entrance of the prosecutors' office at the same time to the 1:200 square meters.

The Defendant, “2017 High 156,” was a person holding D Launa car, and operated the said car on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on seven occasions as follows:

A. On November 21, 2015, the Defendant operated the said car in front of the two faculty members of the two universities in the Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, the Cheongbuk-do around 21:22, 2015.

B. On January 5, 2016, around 16:17, the Defendant operated the said car in front of the F station located in Young-gun E in Gangwon-do.

On February 16, 2016, around 09:21, the Defendant operated the said passenger car in front of H located in G in Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-do.

On February 23, 2016, around 19:15, the Defendant operated the said car from 1931 Do Do Do Do Do mpon, as the Do Do Do Do Do Do mpon-si, Echeon-si.

E. On March 5, 2016, at around 14:12, the Defendant operated the said car on the road near the soundproofing wall of the Anhyeong-gu, Chungcheongbuk-do.

F. On March 5, 2016, around 20:40 on March 5, 2016, the Defendant operated the said passenger car in front of H located in G in the Ansan-si of Gyeonggi-do.

G. On March 12, 2016, around 01:34, the Defendant operated the said car in the vicinity of the Changwon (IC) in the south of Young-gun, Gangwon-do.
