A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2012, Defendant (hereinafter “C”) established a so-called “H automobile trading company without any legal entity, E, F, G, and any entity; (a) transferred a vehicle under the name of the trading company; or (b) transferred the vehicle at issue, such as taxi and siren car operating vehicles; or (c) transferred the vehicle under the name of the trading company; and (d) divided profits by distributing the vehicle owner and the actual operator of the vehicle under different names; and (e) “H” introduced D and the Defendant; and (b) received and divided profits from the registration of the so-called “H” from D; and (c) the Defendant and the Defendant were assigned a vehicle under the name of the F and D’s representative to transfer the vehicle under the name of the “H” by preparing a registration certificate, a certificate of transfer of the vehicle, and a certificate of transfer of the vehicle; and (d) preparing a registration of transfer of the vehicle under the name of the K and D’s representative to transfer the vehicle under the name of the representative “H” until the completion of the registration.
