A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts

The defendant is a non-professional foreign worker who is a non-professional employment (E-9) and is staying in the Republic of Korea.

1. Where a person in violation of the Automobile Management Act takes over a registered motor vehicle, he/she applied for the registration of the transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, but the Defendant was the original number B of the new EF Soon car (No. 1) from the Gaon E, the Gaon of the Gaon to the Do governor on June 2014, 2014.

After taking over the name, he did not apply for the registration of transfer of name.

2. On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered a thief car in the vicinity of an apartment in the vicinity of the apartment site near the Si/Eup/Myeon; (b) found the victim’s C-A-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wed car parked there; and (c) removed the front of the said car and the subsequent number plate (No. 2).

3. On October 2014, the Defendant illegally used air defense in the parking lot for a public playground located in the Si/Eup/Myeon, instead of Gyeongnam-gun’s Chang-gun, and instead of her own possession, the Defendant unlawfully used the official sign by attaching it to the new EF cattle under paragraph (1) of this Article, which was owned by the Defendant, as if she was his/her own possession, at the parking lot for a new playground in the Eup/Myeon.

4. On October 10, 2014, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was illegally used by driving a new EF small passenger car under paragraph 1, which was owned by the Defendant, who had attached a C Motor Vehicle Number Board, as set forth in paragraph 3, on the front of F, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeongnam on October 10, 2014.

5. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of a motor vehicle, but the Defendant operated a new EF small passenger vehicle under paragraph (1) on the road front of the Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun on October 10, 2014, where he was not covered by the mandatory insurance.

6. On October 10, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on the roads F in front of the Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-si, and without obtaining an international driver’s license, the new EF as referred to in paragraph 1 without obtaining an international driver’s license.
