Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 06:40 on April 2, 2014, 2014, the Defendant used the victim E (Nam, 64 years of age) who is the owner of marina business within the “Dmat” located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si; (b) he exchanged the 5-Awre with the 2 beer who is the owner of the relevant tobacco; but (c) the victim refused to use the 5-A, thereby assaulting the victim in line with the face of the victim.

2. The Defendant interfered with his duties on the same date, time, and at the same place as mentioned in the above paragraph (1) above, thereby obstructing the operation of the instant victim’s Schlage by force over about 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance, such as gathering the eggs, erodings, etc., and taking a bath, etc., on the said grounds.

[2014고단855] 피고인은 2014. 3. 22. 21:30경 부천시 원미구 F에 있는 'G 할인마트'에서 술에 취해 아무런 이유 없이 위 할인마트의 종업원인 피해자 H에게 "이 썅년아, 개새끼야."라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하고, 그곳에 있던 진열장을 손으로 밀쳐 물품이 쏟아지게 하는 등 약 20분 동안 소란을 피워 위력으로써 그녀의 마트영업 업무를 방해하였다.

On May 9, 2014, from around 18:20 to 18:50 the same day, the Defendant: (a) found the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, sold alcohol to the Victim K (52 years old); (b) but (c) was refused prior to the victim, on the ground that the Defendant found the Defendant at his/her shop and frightd the drinking, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s business operation by force for approximately 30 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant was unable to enter the customers who had been placed in his/her site by leaving the site; and (b) the Defendant was refusing to use the food displayed at his/her site in his/her hand, thereby harming the Defendant’s business operation by force.

2. The Defendant, at around 18:30 on May 9, 201, followed the above victim K’s line on the same ground as the description at the place described in the preceding paragraph.
