A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business affairs of April 5, 2015;

A. On April 5, 2015, around 08:39, the Defendant found at the “Emart” work for the victim D (V, 58 years old) in Goyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Soyang-gu, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s Mamart business by taking the Defendant’s desire to use the victim’s 30 million won after she went to pay 1,100 only 1,000 won to 1 disease.
