1. 2014. 9. 11. 업무방해 피고인은 2014. 9. 11. 13:00경부터 13:50경까지 경기도 의정부시 I에 있는 피해자 J가 운영하는 ‘K다방’에서, 술에 취하여 아무런 이유 없이 “개새끼야, 씨발년들아”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하고, 주먹을 올려 때리려는 시늉을 하는 등 소란을 피워 차를 마시던 손님을 나가게 하고 다방에 들어오려던 손님이 들어오지 못하게 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's multiple business by force.

2. On October 4, 2014, around 11:30 on October 4, 2014, the Defendant, at the Government of Gyeonggi-do, expressed a desire for those who were under the influence of alcohol with the driver and the horse fighting in front of the N convenience store working for the victim M in the city of Gyeonggi-do, and made it impossible for the Defendant to enter the convenience store by avoiding disturbance, such as: (a) under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant expressed a desire for those who were under the influence of alcohol with the driver while working; and (b) entering the victim into the convenience store.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the convenience store business of the victim by force.

3. The Defendant is obstruction of the performance of official duties.
