Punishment of the crime

On October 31, 2014, at around 23:15, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol at the C cafeteria located in Suwon-gu, Busan, a public bath for other customers, and publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim on a large urging basis, such as “the victim E, the police officer of the Busan Southern Police Station D Zone D District, the Busan, who was called after receiving 112 a report, and the victim E, the operator of the above restaurant, G, and customers, etc., who were sent home from the police officer of the Busan Southern Police Station D District, and the operator of the above restaurant.”
