Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 28, 2014, at around 13:15, the Defendant expressed a bath on the waterside park located in the Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan, on the ground that he did not drink to himself, on the part of a large number of unspecified people. The Defendant stated that “I am, Chewing lap, lap, lap, lap, so it would be good for a certain number of people.”

As the victim C (the age of 44) who was sent to the Busan Southern Police Station B after receiving a report, prevented the Defendant’s desire, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly obsesing the victim about five minutes, such as “Chewing guar flab wres”, etc.
