Punishment of the crime

around 01:05 on September 6, 2014, at the Busan Southern Police Station, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim by publicly bing the victim D (34 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the above police box among the civil petitioners, on the grounds that he was transferred from the Busan Southern Police Station to the Dong site Office of Busan District Prosecutors' Office because he was assigned to the Dong site of the same district public prosecutor's office on the preceding day, and that he did not have any key to his stob, while he was being transferred to the Dong site of the Busan Police Station, at the Busan Southern Police Station, on the same day.
