Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:40 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant carried a dangerous object and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duty to maintain order by committing assaulting E, such as: (a) the Defendant, while carrying a horse that could not be identified at the Busan Southern Police Station D, located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan, without any justifiable reason, was carrying a boom (No. 1, 10cm in length, approximately 110cm in length, and approximately 83cm in length in length); and (b) tried to attach the boom of the said police box; and (c) the Defendant was released from E (24 years in age); and (d) the face of E was drafted in compliance with the above brea, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate execution of duty to maintain order.
