Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2015, at around 00:50, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim by putting the victim “Is the victim, who was requested to produce identification cards from E in the circumstances where the victim belonged to the D District District of the Gangwon Chuncheon Police Station, which was called the victim at the site after receiving a report of 112 that “Is the drinking person sit on the roadside, and is considerably dangerous to have him/her sit on the roadside,” on May 7, 2015.
