Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 12, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 by the Incheon District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act. On April 1, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by the same court on April 1, 2008. On May 27, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million by the same court on May 27, 2008.

On March 19, 2013, at around 11:27, the Defendant driven a NAS car in the state of alcohol with approximately 0.145% alcohol concentration from the 1km section of approximately 1km from the roads near the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the roads in front of the same Gu drawing-dong 601-2 Nasan apartment.
