A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Changwon District Court’s Tong Branch Branch of the Busan District Court on July 23, 2008; the summary order of a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; the summary order of a fine of four million won for the same crime in the same court on August 13, 2010; the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of four million won for the same crime at the same court on April 27, 201; the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court’s Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on May 1, 2013; and the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of eight months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch of the Busan District Court on April 19, 2017; and the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence of a fine of eight years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 06:07 on May 16, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act of 2019, and the Road Traffic Act of 06:07, the Defendant driven an FSM5’s car under the influence of alcohol 0.145% while under the influence of alcohol 0.145%.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice, re-driving at the same time, while driving without a license.

The defendant, at the same time and time as stated in Paragraph 1, was exposed to the police officer of the Busan Metropolitan Police Station G G, who was under influence of alcohol in front of the above E cafeteria, and requested the presentation of the driver's license, and the defendant presented the driver's license of the pro-friendly J in order to report the death of the defendant, and presented it as the defendant's driver's license.
