Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on January 3, 2008; on February 8, 2012, the Seoul Central District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; on May 24, 2013, the Seoul Central District Court issued a fine of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on May 24, 2013; and on August 12, 2015, the Defendant sentenced the suspension of the execution of the sentence of KRW 2,00,000 to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on August 12, 2015; and completed the execution of the sentence on May 19, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car at a 718 Sticker.

On November 3, 2018, at around 02:35, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.060% of alcohol concentration at approximately 300 meters from the roads near Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front roads of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

The Defendant, on January 3, 2008, sentenced the Seoul Central District Court to a summary order of KRW 2,50,000,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on January 3, 2008; on February 8, 2012, the said court issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 to a fine for the same crime; on May 24, 2013, the said court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3,00,000 for the same crime; on August 12, 2015, the said court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (recognition) at the same court on May 19, 2016; and on August 27, 2016, the said suspension of execution became final and conclusive on August 27, 2016; on July 18, 2017>
