A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【Criminal Facts】 On March 4, 2013, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.064% without a driver’s license at the 1km section of approximately 1km from the old Station in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of about 600, Dong-dong, Guro-dong.
