Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven CCA 110 two-wheeled vehicles under the influence of alcohol content concentration of about 0.289% at a section of about 700 meters from the Do of 3236 Do of Mapyeong-dong to the road of about 6468-1 Mapyeong-dong.
