Punishment of the crime

[203] On February 4, 2008, around 17:47, 2008, the Defendant was driving a trial run as if he would purchase a scooter with the market price equivalent to 2.5 million won, which is 2.5 million won, at the Dalbane sales store located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On August 16, 2013, the Defendant driven a non-registered motor bicycle at approximately 2.4 km on the roads front of the Samsung F&M 2424 Samsung F&M building in the state of the alcohol concentration of 0.147% under the influence of alcohol without a motorcycle driver’s license on August 23:56, 2013.

On August 17, 201, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act and an official document, etc.: (a) when the Defendant was found to have driven a drinking on the road in front of the Samsung Fire Building, 4624, Manam-si, Sungnam Police Station, the Defendant presented the F resident registration certificate issued by the Sungnam market, which is an official document, to the assistant E belonging to the Sungnam Police Station traffic control department, as if the Defendant’s resident registration certificate was the Defendant’s resident registration certificate, and used it unlawfully for another person’s resident registration certificate, and at the same time, denied official document.
