Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

On December 13, 2012, at around 22:10, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.079%, driven B rocketing car at a distance of about 1.4km from the upper 1.4km to the front of the same hydrovibration 1 police box in the Taenam-si, Taenam-si.
