Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of 1.5 million won of a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court, and on September 15, 201, the Defendant issued a summary order of 3 million won of a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court.

On August 30, 2014, at around 02:12, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of 1 kmh-turged B with a 0.14% alcohol concentration on the road in front of the Mannam-si, Taenam-si, Taenam-si, Taenam-si, Manam-si, about 4509 kmp-turged on the road in front of Sungnam-si.
