Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell livestock products, the distribution deadline of which expires, or treat, process, pack, use, import, store, transport or display such products for the purpose of sale.

Nevertheless, on April 16, 2017, the Defendant kept C Mart located in Busan District Office B on April 16, 2017, and stored 922 g of the original C Mart, the distribution period of which has elapsed, for sale.

As a result, the Defendant stored livestock products with the expiration of the distribution period indicated in the relevant livestock products for sale.
