A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On October 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with D (one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution), purchased approximately 0.7 g of phiphones and traded phiphones after preparing and paying KRW 600,00 to G in front of the F Hospital located in E at the Government of the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with D (one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution); and (b) purchased approximately 0.7 g of phiphones in front of the F Hospital located in E.

B. At the same time and place, the Defendant put 0.05g g of philophones purchased as above into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and administered philophones by injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

On January 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased 0.3g philophonephones and traded 0.3g philophones in the instant rocketing vehicle that was parked in the parking lot behind the I Party, which was located in H at the time of the Government around 16:00; (b) paid KRW 2.50,000 to J (one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution).

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. In collusion with K (the 2016estest 4788, the 2016estest 478), G (the 1 year period of imprisonment with prison labor / 3 years), the above D and L (the 2 year of suspended execution of imprisonment with prison labor / 10 months / 10 years), the Defendant smoked marijuana at the center of Embry Embry, in the order of 18:00 on December 2014, by inserting the pipes made up of the gambling paper into the pipes made up of the gambling paper, putting them into the pipes made up of the gambling paper, putting them up, and inhale them.
